Working with the downloaded file EPS 815/708.

Caution!! Functionality of the test plans from software EPS 945 V 3.45 guaranteed.

Please be sure to perform step 1 first.

1. Save the file after downloading:

The file must be unzipped and placed in a folder after downloading. The best course of action is to use the number of the part to be tested as the folder name. Please be sure to save this folder in your computer as only one test plan can be saved in the test rig and the testing software. If you do not have an unzipping program, one can be downloaded from ”Download 7-Zip“ on the home page.

2. Installing the folder on the test rig:

Copy the file with the number needed for the test plan onto the test rig’s hard disc (C:/). The next stage is to open the folder and to double click on the file “install.bat“ you will find there. Now launch the tes software and proceed as far as the component selection template. Do not enter a number here but press the F2 key and select “Esitronic CDW“. The required component number will appear in the selection and you can proceed as usual.

IMPORTANT You must follow these steps before every new test of an external component as only one test plan can be saved in the test software. This means that when you install another test plan, the previous one is automatically deleted.

The #-sign at the end of Denso-Numbers represent a Joker-Position. It can be replaced by the numbers 0 to 9.
